Todd Williams

started out in the construction industry over 34 years ago. He began his career as a general laborer and in a noticeably short time worked his way through hard work and perseverance into a management position. He has been successfully thriving in that aspect for the last 25 years.

Over the last 8 years he was hired to start up asphalt and concrete divisions in several existing companies to complement their current construction scopes. He has successfully built these start up divisions into profitable, thriving businesses.

Todd's employment history consisted of Construction Management including hiring Personnel, estimating, permit applications, job scheduling, construction startup/management/completion, Final approval walk thru, subcontractor/site personnel selection, direction & supervision, submitting monthly AIA forms, other forms of billing, and collections, He has been responsible to make sure projects get started and manage the projects until they were completed by the deadline that was designated.

Todd was hired by OBAX Infrastructures to help increase sales and build up an already successful MBE company that is well respected in the St. Louis area.
